Ann Maier, MNM

Ann currently lives in the Lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she actively participates in the rebuilding of her community a decade after the destruction of Hurricane Katrina. She maintains involvement with social justice activities relating to literacy, voting rights, environmental protection, art and historic education and cultural preservation. Ann holds a degree in Business with a focus on Multi-Cultural Management from Barry University in Miami, Florida, and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Currently Ann works as a data analyst for Orleans Parish Juvenile Courts. In this role Ann supports the search for solutions to the high incarceration rate in Louisiana and the United States.
